    All complaints, requests and correspondences should be replied to by the relevant authorities regularly and within a reasonable delay. Most often, we see that there is no proper communication and the person in question is either busy in meetings or is absent. This is by no way an excuse for delays in replying to correspondences. This is a very serious problem in Mauritius whereby the public, though unwillingly, has to contact Radio plus or the Prime Minister’s office.
